GEOS – contractor on dwelling-house building in Baumanskyy side-street

On November, 21 project of building of 14-floor dwelling complex in the Shevchenko district of Kyiv in Buamanskyy side-street not far from Nyvky Park was examined and approved on Kyiv town-planning council.
GEOS building company is a general contractor of this project. The customer of building is CE «Spetszhitlofond»
According to «Ukrainian Build Association» classification future house will be of economy-class. As the project presents, on 0, 26 hectares a dwelling house will be built with the auction and office spaces (general area in 9600 sq. m, 5513 of which will be apartments according to «Sotsmart» data)
Also built-in apartments of the commercial setting (auctions – 235 sq.m and offices – 560 sq.m) and parking with total area 1700 sq.m are planned.
