GEOS builds another business-center in Poznyaky

By the order of communal enterprise of «Zhitloinvestbud UKB»,in a microregion «Poznyaky-Western» «GEOS» company build new office center.
The first piles were hammered in April, 2008,building already began in August. To this time were conducted first-mining’s: protection of the territory, engineerings networks, temporal communications were taken away. Territory for building occupies 4 723 m.kv.
It will be monolithic building, filled bricking, with the ventilated facade, and erected on foundation from bore- injection piles. General volume of the office center is 18 421 m.kub.
Building general area of which 5 587 m.kv., will have the appearance of cascade with levels a from 3 to 6 floor. In underground part by an area 1220 m.kv. there will be parking into 20 places. In obedience to a project building duration must make 18 months.
