«GEOS» Construction Company won the tender for the general contract for capital construction of a house number 7 on the Anna Akhmatova   street ("Poznyaki - 2"). At the moment the customer's requirements in terms of construction work performed qualitatively and in time. Due to the forces of a team of professionals «GEOS» is a 24 storey building with total area of  27 879,8 sq. m., with their non-residential area of 2 184,18  sq. m. Total number of apartments - 244. Company «GEOS» shall put the object into operation during 2012.
